Presentation

Located in the heart of the Pays de Retz, this old farmhouse has come back to life with its wood-fired oven and its "kandelour" mill.
The mill produces stone flour, jams, salted butter caramel cream and fouées, small bread cakes cooked in a wood fire.
Come and stroll along the small path, and discover the fauna and flora of a natural meadow.
Thierry invites you to discover "his" Little House in the Prairie with a gourmet snack of fouées, caramel and home-made jams, cider and fruit juice.
