Recognized by the WHO, Ayurveda ("knowledge of life" in Sanskrit) is a thousand-year-old science originating from India. This ancestral holistic medicine takes into account the psychological and physical dimensions of the human being : a better understanding of oneself, of the foods and spices that are beneficial, according to our constitution (dosha). The Ojas-Ayurveda cure, a privileged time of care, traditional massages, adapted nutrition and breathing practices, allows you to better live your body and your emotions.

OJAS - AYURVEDA cure 6 days - 26 treatments

THALASSO CARE

   - 6 hydromassage baths with seaweed
   - 6 treatments to choose from: soothing affusion shower, pressure jet, authentic clay wrap, affusion jet.

AYURVEDIC CARE

   - 1 consultation "Ayurvedic dietetics" (1h) to help you balance your "digestive fire
   - 1 consultation "Determination of the constitution" (30 min)
   - 6 ayurvedic sessions of 1h20, determined according to your constitution among Abhyanga, Kansu, Navrakizhi, Podikizhi, Shirodhara, Nasya, Shirodhara or Udvartana.
   - 1 Bio-Kalyaan facial (1h)

AND ALSO

   - 4 workshops among yoga, sophrology, meditation, Tai Chi
   - 1 workshop "Introduction to Ayurveda" (questions and answers)


THE PLUS

- Ayurvedic menus are vegetarian.
   - Morning tonic walks on Tuesdays and Thursdays, supervised by a sports educator and a choice of more than 60 group classes per week, on simple registration, the opportunity to renew with sport.


The cure includes access to the Fitness Center every day from 9am to 8pm with seawater pools (swimming pool heated to 29°C and 350 m² water course heated to 33°C), eucalyptus hammam, sauna with chromotherapy, weight room and fitness room. And access to sports activities including aquagym, stretching, abs and buttocks classes. The time slots for gym classes in the gym and in the pool will be communicated to you upon your arrival at the Thalassotherapy.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION :
Your medical appointment scheduled at the beginning of the treatment at the Alliance Center will be confirmed by e-mail.
In order to make your stay more pleasant, the Alliance Center provides you with towels during the various treatments and a bathrobe after depositing a deposit of 80 €, which will be returned to you at the end of the treatment. We would also like to inform you that plastic mules are mandatory to access the treatments and the swimming pool. If you do not have them, you can buy them at the center's store for 8.50 € per pair. It is also necessary to bring a sports outfit to access the weight room:
