If you have decided to quit smoking, the Anti-Smoking cure can help you build a personalized plan to quit, through Thalasso treatments, dietary advice, massages and sophrology or hypnosis workshops. Your personal motivation is of course fundamental, but we can help you fight the relapse syndrome.

ANTI-TABAC Cure 6 nights - 34 treatments

THALASSO TREATMENT

- 5 hydromassage baths with seaweed or essential oils
- 5 authentic clay wraps
- 10 Jacquier air bowls (biocatalytic oxygenation)

SPA CARE

- 4 Marmas face or face & scalp massages (20 min)
- 1 Chinese reflexology (50 mn)
- 1 massage of your choice among our Exclusives (50 mn)
- 1 Alliance-Phytomer Signature facial (50 min)
- 1 therapeutic hypnosis session (50 min)

MEDICAL FOLLOW-UP

- 2 individual consultations with a health professional, at the beginning and end of the treatment, to help you cope with the feeling of withdrawal, assess the level of dependence, lifestyle habits and personal motivation
- 1 Oligoscan* session (25 mn)

THE PLUS

- The Dietary Workshops, to better understand what a balanced diet means.
- Morning toning walks on Tuesdays and Thursdays, supervised by a sports instructor and a choice of more than 60 group classes per week, with simple registration, an opportunity to get back into sports.

AND ALSO

The cure includes access to the Fitness Center every day from 9am to 8pm with seawater pools (swimming pool heated to 29°C and 350 m² water course heated to 33°C), eucalyptus hammam, sauna with chromotherapy, weight room and fitness room. And access to sports activities including aquagym, stretching, abs and buttocks classes. The time slots for gym classes in the gym and in the pool will be communicated to you upon your arrival at the Thalassotherapy.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION :
Your medical appointment scheduled at the beginning of the treatment at the Alliance Center will be confirmed by e-mail.
In order to make your stay more pleasant, the Alliance Center provides you with towels during the various treatments and a bathrobe after depositing a deposit of 80 €, which will be returned to you at the end of the treatment. We would also like to inform you that plastic mules are mandatory to access the treatments and the swimming pool. If you do not have them, you can buy them at the center's store for 8.50 € per pair. It is also necessary to bring a sports outfit to access the weight room.
