Our doctors and therapists offer personalized care, a place to listen, a time for multidisciplinary care... the conditions for a bubble of well-being for a significant beneficial impact on the quality of life after the cure.

HEALTH FOLLOW-UP

- 1 evaluation of the good balance of the treatments, after 2 or 3 days of cure

THALASSO CARE

- 6 hydromassage baths with seaweed
- 6 applications of Moutiers clay or 6 authentic clay wraps
- 2 sessions of Andumédic or Stendo vibration bed

MASSAGES

- 2 kinetic massages (20mn)
- 1 face and scalp massage (20mn)
- 1 individual session of Feldenkrais or Somatotherapy (50mn)
- 1 therapeutic hypnosis session (50mn)

RELAXING TREATMENTS

- 2 sessions of aquatic relaxation
- 1 creative relaxation session
- 1 workshop among: sophrology, meditation, Tai Chi, or workshop of awareness through movement based on the principle of the Feldenkrais method

GENTLE MUSCULAR AWAKENING

- 2 sessions of rehabilitation in the pool (upper and lower body) or aquatic physiotherapy
- 1 pool stretching or pool gym session

HEALTH CAPITAL CARE

- 3 sessions of cryotherapy (30mn) or Infrared Detox (30mn)
- 1 dietetic consultation with Oligoscan (1h15mn)

THE PLUS
- The Dietetic Workshops, to better understand what a balanced diet means.
- Morning tonic walks on Tuesdays and Thursdays, supervised by a sports educator and a choice of more than 60 group classes per week, with simple registration, an opportunity to get back into sports.

The cure includes access to the Fitness Center every day from 9am to 8pm with seawater pools (swimming pool heated to 29°C and 350 m² water course heated to 33°C), eucalyptus hammam, sauna with chromotherapy, weight room and fitness room. And access to sports activities including aquagym, stretching, abs and buttocks classes. The time slots for gym classes in the gym and pool will be communicated to you upon your arrival at the Thalassotherapy.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION :
Your medical appointment scheduled at the beginning of the treatment at the Alliance Center will be confirmed by e-mail.
In order to make your stay more pleasant, the Alliance Center provides you with towels during the various treatments and a bathrobe after depositing a deposit of 80 €, which will be returned to you at the end of the treatment. We would also like to inform you that plastic mules are mandatory to access the treatments and the swimming pool. If you do not have them, you can buy them at the center's store for 8.50 € per pair. It is also necessary to bring a sports outfit to access the weight room.
