Presentation

Your baby is between 2 and 10 months old, you are fulfilled, but you would like to free yourself from fatigue, excess weight, lack of tone... You would need a boost to regain your energy, as long as you keep your baby close by. We take care of you (both of you), from the seaweed wrap (for you) to the awakening massage (for baby).

YOUNG MOTHER CURE 6 days (Monday to Saturday) - 29 treatments

THALASSO CARE

   - 2 sessions of hydromassage bed or Andumédic vibration bed
   - 4 hydromassage baths with algae or essential oils
   - 3 pressure jets
   - 3 seaweed wraps
   - 2 Stendo sessions
   - 2 sessions of aquatic physiotherapy with global toning
   - 2 sessions of infrared detox (30mn)

SPA CARE

   - 2 slimming massages (20 mn)
   - 1 Beauty body scrub (20 min) or 1 aromatic massage with organic oils (20 min)
   - 1 beauty treatment for the eyes
    Alliance-Phytomer Signature (20 min)
   - 1 beauty treatment for the face
    Signature Alliance-Phytomer (50 min)

CARE WITH BABY BETWEEN 2 AND 6 MONTHS

   - 2 early learning massage sessions
   - 1 hydromassage bath with baby

CARE WITH BABY OVER 6 MONTHS

   - 1 session of baby swimming
   - 2 hydromassage baths with baby

MAMMY BABY WORKSHOPS - led by the center's professionals

   - Dietetic workshop,
   - Health and safety workshop
   - Hypopressive physiotherapy workshop.

Cures include access to the Fitness Center every day from 9am to 8pm with seawater pools (swimming pool heated to 29°C and 350 m² water course heated to 33°C), eucalyptus hammam, sauna with chromotherapy, weight room and fitness room. And access to sports activities including aquagym, stretching, abs and buttocks classes. The time slots for gym classes in the gym and pool will be communicated to you upon your arrival at the Thalassotherapy.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION :
Your medical appointment scheduled at the beginning of the treatment at the Alliance Center will be confirmed by e-mail.
In order to make your stay more pleasant, the Alliance Center provides you with towels during the various treatments and a bathrobe after depositing a deposit of 80 €, which will be returned to you at the end of the treatment. We would also like to inform you that plastic mules are mandatory to access the treatments and the swimming pool. If you do not have them, you can buy them at the center's store for 8.50 € per pair. It is also necessary to bring a sports outfit to access the weight room.
