Presentation

Located less than 5km from the sea, the Notre Dame du Bon Port church in Bourgneuf dates from the 19th century, it is neo-Gothic in style.

Visible from afar thanks to its massive white bell tower, it was for a long time a landmark for boats anchored in the Bay of Bourgneuf.

A first chapel dating from the 13th century was replaced by a church, itself replaced by the current church. With each period of construction the church will be larger and larger, to accommodate more and more faithful.
