Come and enjoy yoga sessions in the open air, on a pretty wooden terrace in a bucolic garden, to the sound of the waves on the beach or in a room dedicated to this practice in the heart of the marsh at Les Moutiers-en-Retz or Villeneuve-en-Retz.

These sessions take place in a serene atmosphere where we practice different asanas (postures), balance postures, inversions and relaxation to the sound of nature...

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, all levels are welcome.

Yoga classes are offered by Hamsa Yoga and taught by Astrid Gautier, a certified Sivananda yoga teacher, trained in France, India and on her travels.

6:30 to 7:30 pm - Meditation
7:30 to 9pm - Advanced class

6 to 7:15 pm - Gentle class
7:30 to 9:00 pm - Active class

10am to 11:30am - Active class (every 15 days)
5pm to 6pm - Parent/Child class (1st Saturday of each month)

The places of practice change with the seasons: outdoor classes (beach, garden, terrace...) or indoor. The meeting place is communicated when you book.

Group lessons take place on the Côte de Jade or in the heart of the Marais de Lyarne, in Les Moutiers-en-Retz or Villeneuve-en-Retz (Bourgneuf).
Private classes take place throughout the Pays de Retz (Pornic, Chaumes-en-Retz, La Bernerie-en-Retz, Saint Brevin, Sainte-Pazanne, Préfailles...) according to your wishes and possibilities.
 
Group yoga classes
Come and enjoy the benefits of yoga in group classes. The classes are adapted to your level and allow you to take time for yourself during 1h30, leaving behind the frenzy of everyday life.
The gentle classes are also suitable for pregnant women (pre-natal and post-natal yoga).

Private yoga classes
Choose the comfort and flexibility of a private yoga class. I come to your home, at the time of your choice, with all the necessary equipment (mats, straps, bricks, bolsters). Yoga sessions at home for one or more people (maximum 4 participants).

Distance learning
Wherever you are (travelling, away from home...) start or end a beautiful day with yoga! Via internet (skype, what apps...), you can benefit from a punctual or regular course and a support.

Yoga classes in the workplace
Mindfulness workshop to develop concentration and learn to better control your breathing. You wish to offer yoga sessions to the members of your association or the employees of your company? Contact me! Together, we can set up a yoga class adapted to your needs, at the time of your choice.

Courses
Throughout the year, courses of several days are organised. During this time you will deepen and perfect your yoga practice with the program: postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation and meditation time (dhyana) and the discovery of body purification techniques (Kryias).

 THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Thai Yoga Massage is an extraordinary and powerful experience. Derived from the practice of hatha yoga and ayurveda, it is a moving meditation that has the power to relieve the physical and subtle body. It works to eliminate energy blockages and restore balance and harmony in the body. This massage is a complete system performed with a unique combination of deep tissue massage, acupressure and reflexology along the energy lines of the body. It is coupled with gentle yoga twisting and stretching techniques to reduce stress and muscle pain.

No yoga or meditation experience is necessary, Thai Yoga Massage is tailored to you. We will work together with your limitations, flexibility and needs at the time.
This massage is received fully clothed on a mat on the floor. This treatment is unique and personalized. The session is adapted to your needs and your particularities.
