Les Perles de Jade, oysters from the Baie de Bourgneuf

It owes its name to Maud and Dominique's passion for their profession, to a soil rich in phytoplankton, and to the many marks of recognition of its exceptional quality at the Salon de l'Agriculture for several years. Oysters from the Bay of Bourgneuf, "La Perle de Jade", can be tasted with happiness and delight in all seasons!
