Come and discover active walking in the water !
The sea-walking in St-Michel-Chef-Chef allows you to benefit from: weight loss elimination of cellulite muscular work all over the body activity without muscular impact development of endurance. All in a very friendly atmosphere!

Meeting 20 minutes before the time of the session at the THARON first aid station (120 bd de l'Océan at SAINT MICHEL CHEF CHEF). We will lend you the equipment on site (wetsuit, gloves and slippers) during the baptism. Rental excluding baptism 3 €. Just come with your swimsuit on you. Changing rooms to change on site and leave your belongings safe during the session.
