Presentation

A new brewery has opened in the Pays de Retz. Hervé welcomes you on the spot to discover his craft beers with 4 unique flavours, to be tasted during a friendly aperitif.
Passionate about brewing beer, Hervé has trained to make his passion his new profession! 

Workshops to brew your own beer are offered throughout the year, by reservation. Thanks to his know-how, Hervé will guide you through the whole process, from the choice of raw materials to the bottling.
  • You will brew about 12 litres per station of your choice of beer: blonde, amber or brown.
  • 4 brewing stations are available for 1 or 2 people.
  • The workshops take place on Saturday from 10am to 2pm with a break for tasting and snacks. Appointment 15 days later to collect the bottles.
