The 4-day REMISE EN FORME treatment consists of 16 treatments, alternating between the morning and afternoon.

   - 2 hydromassage baths with algae,
   - 2 hydromassage baths with essential oils,
   - 2 soothing affusion showers
   - 2 pressure jets
   - 2 sessions of pressotherapy or Stendo
   - 1 session of hydromassage bed or Andumédic vibration bed

    The PRIVILEGE Plus
   - 4 applications of Moutiers clay and 1 aromatic massage with organic oils (20 minutes)
    OR
   - 4 aromatic massages with organic oils (20 mn) and 1 application of Moutiers clay

The external cure rate includes : 1 - Access to the Fitness Center every day from 9am to 8pm: seawater pools (swimming pool heated to 30°C and aquatic course heated to 33°C), hammam, sauna, weight room and fitness room. 2 - Access to sports activities : aquagym classes, stretching, abs, buttocks. The time slots for gym classes in the gym and in the pool will be communicated to you upon your arrival at the Thalassotherapy.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION :
Your medical appointment scheduled at the beginning of your treatment at the Alliance Center will be confirmed by e-mail.
In order to make your stay more pleasant, the Alliance Center provides you with towels during the various treatments and a bathrobe after depositing a deposit of 80 €, which will be returned to you at the end of the treatment. We would also like to inform you that plastic mules are mandatory to access the treatments and the swimming pool. If you do not have them, you can buy them at the center's store for 8.50 € per pair. It is also necessary to bring a sports outfit to access the weight room.
