The cure of all possibilities : Zen d'Ô, joya massage, Chi Yang or Californian massage... Several Spa treatments each day. Freedom of choice is the ultimate luxury, because here choosing does not mean giving up but listening to your desires.

12 THALASSO TREATMENTS to choose from :

- hydromassage bath with seaweed or essential oils
- jet shower, soothing affusion shower, pressure jet
- application of authentic Moutiers clay
- hydromassage bed or Andumédic vibration bed, Stendo session

SPA CARE

- an appointment with a beautician will help you define the care corresponding to your expectations.
- 3 possibilities each day: 1h20 of spa care, or 1 care of 50 mn and 1 care of 20 mn, or 3 care of 20 mn.

* To be chosen among the A LA CARTE treatments except for ayurvedic, somatotherapy, fasciatherapy and rituals.

The cure includes access to the Fitness Center every day from 9am to 8pm with seawater pools (swimming pool heated to 29°C and 350 m² water course heated to 33°C), eucalyptus hammam, sauna with chromotherapy, weight room and fitness room. And access to sports activities including aquagym, stretching, abs and buttocks classes. The time slots for gym classes in the gym and in the pool will be communicated to you upon your arrival at the Thalassotherapy.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION :
Your medical appointment scheduled at the beginning of the treatment at the Alliance Center will be confirmed by e-mail.
In order to make your stay more pleasant, the Alliance Center provides you with towels during the various treatments and a bathrobe after depositing a deposit of 80 €, which will be returned to you at the end of the treatment. We would also like to inform you that plastic mules are mandatory to access the treatments and the swimming pool. If you do not have them, you can buy them at the center's store for 8.50 € per pair. It is also necessary to bring a sports outfit to access the weight room.
