Presentation

The Éco-Domaine La Fontaine is a place turned towards the earth, with a restaurant at its heart: Les Tables de La Fontaine.
 
From the earth to the plate  
Located in La Fontaine au Bretons, opposite the Pornicaise coast, the Eco-Domaine restaurant serves up a feast of vegetables from its kitchen gardens. 
Based around the 4 seasons, the team in the kitchen create dishes that sublimate the fruit of the work of the estate's permaculture farmers, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

From vineyard to farm   
If you take the time to stroll through the vines at the entrance to the estate before sitting down for dinner, you'll be able to see the vines producing the estate's sparkling wine, chenin and grolleau gris, which you'll find on the restaurant's menu.
The estate's historic walls are also lined with pear and apple trees, whose flowers blossom in summer to produce the fruit you'll find in the apple-pear and grape juices.

In the verdant landscape, you'll find a farm where hens roam to their heart's content. They will delight you with their fresh, organic eggs, available for breakfast and in the estate shop.
