Handcrafted in Pornic by Thierry, in his ‘Little House on the Prairie’, it perfectly combines sweetness, creaminess and a hint of salt… thanks to the fleur de sel from the Pays de Retz, of course!
A homemade recipe that’s 100% pure pleasure, no fuss but with a truly authentic taste.

Our tip: spread it on warm waffles, serve it at a Sunday brunch… or tuck in with a teaspoon, without a care in the world… we won’t judge.
