This summer honey, from the late blooms of the Pays de Retz region, is creamy, fragrant, and rich.
Harvested and jarred at the Brissets farm in Pornic, without any heat treatment, it retains all the full richness of summer nectars.

 We love it: in a homemade vinaigrette, on a slice of aged cheese… or by the spoonful when you need a comforting moment.
