Carefully harvested by Romain at the Brissets farm in Pornic, this spring blossom honey is fruity, delicately floral, and incredibly creamy. It is cold-processed to preserve all its natural qualities.
One spoonful and you're instantly transported to a stroll among blackthorn and hawthorn trees.

 We love it: spreading it on warm toast or adding it to plain yogurt for a truly sweet breakfast.
