Julie and Vincent, at the helm of Échos Nature in La Plaine-sur-Mer, have transformed their harvest of wild seaweed from the Pays de Retz region into a truly exceptional and original recipe.

  We love it: served chilled on toast or slices of black radish, with a small glass of local white wine.

Ingredients: mackerel, 30% Pays de Retz seaweed (dulse, fucus sp.), red lentil, olive oil, lemon juice, shallot, salt.

Contains fish, may contain traces of crustaceans and mollusks.
