A true Proustian madeleine with every sip! This artisanal syrup, made with ripe vineyard peaches, reveals a fruity and slightly tart sweetness that evokes the essence of summer in the Pays de Retz region. Carefully handcrafted in La Bernerie-en-Retz and containing over 40% pure fruit juice, it transforms a simple glass of water into a delicious moment.

 We love it: diluted in chilled water with a few mint leaves for an ultra-refreshing drink… or added to a glass of Crémant for a truly local aperitif!
