Created by Julie and Vincent of Échos Nature in La Plaine-sur-Mer, this 100% plant-based recipe combines the intense flavors of local wild seaweed with a smooth and indulgent texture. Spread it on to your heart's content, or use it as a creative seasoning in your everyday dishes.

 We love it: dipping vegetable sticks in it or slipping it into a sandwich for an unexpected seafood twist.

Ingredients: Wild seaweed: Sea beans (50%) from the Pays de Retz region, olive oil, black olives, capers, garlic, salt.

May contain traces of fish, crustaceans, and mollusks.
