A 100% plant-based marine gem from Julie and Vincent of Échos Nature in La Plaine-sur-Mer! These passionate artisans hand-harvest wild seaweed from the Pays de Retz coastline before transforming it using traditional methods in Pornic.

The result: a fresh and generous briny tartare, perfect as an appetizer on toast, in a salad, or even as a tart base.

 We love pairing it with oysters or shellfish for an ultra-local and briny experience.

Ingredients: Seaweed from the Pays de Retz and Brittany (Sea Lettuce and Nori), olive oil, lemon juice, Roscoff onion, parsley, thyme.

May contain traces of fish, crustaceans, and mollusks.
