At Moutiers-en-Retz, the Délices de l'Air Marin farm produces creamy ice creams and gourmet sorbets!
Gwendoline's idea: make ice creams with cow's milk straight from the family farm! 
After a number of training courses, she took a course with Master Ice Cream Maker Gérard Taurin (Meilleur Ouvrier de France and World Champion Ice Cream Maker in Turin, Italy). Together, they created several ice cream and sorbet recipes, in collaboration with local producers.

- local ice creams: salted butter caramel ice cream from "Salines de Millac", coffee ice cream from "La Brulerie de Pornic", farmhouse yoghurt ice cream, etc.
- original ice creams: brown speculoos, coconut, chocamel, cinnamon, etc.
- fruity ice creams: apple, mango, pineapple, tangerine, raspberry, lemon, etc.
- some daring ones: ice cream flavoured with "Curé Nantais" cheese from Pornic, pastis or beer...

Les Délices de l'Air Marin's ice-cream makers make exclusive ice-cream pastries and desserts to order for the festive season: logs, vacherins, Norwegian omelettes and verrines.

- All year round, in the farm shop: tubs of ice cream, verrines or frozen desserts to order.
- In summer, at the ice cream kiosk directly on the Place de l'Eglise Madame in Les Moutiers-en-Retz: ice cream and sorbets in cones.
- In summer, every Monday from 5pm to 8pm at the gourmet farm market.
Did you know?
For their first participation in the Lyon International Competition ® in 2023, the Délices de l'Air Marin team won the gold medal for chocolate ice cream and the silver medal for vanilla ice cream!
