Maud Savina, a passionate market gardener at La Ferme de Maud, produces a wide range of organic and seasonal produce with the Agriculture Biologique (AB) label.

Supported by her team, Maud's aim is to grow healthy, vitamin-packed food on a "human-scale" farm, directly "from the spade to the plate".

Lovers of fresh fruit and vegetables can find these products on sale at the farm or at local markets.

Direct sales from producer to consumer, at the farm:
  • Every Wednesday from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.

Direct sales from producer to consumer at local markets: 
  • Pornic market, every Thursday and Sunday, all year round. 
  • La Bernerie-en-Retz market: every Friday, all year round + Tuesdays during the summer season.
