Program :
Sessions start with a warm-up on the beach, followed by a dynamic water walk in chest-deep water.

📌 Good to know

- bring your swimsuit
- possibility of renting equipment (wetsuit, gloves and booties) on site
- meet 20 min before session time at the Tharon plage lifeguard station (address: 120 Boulevard de l'Océan, Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef)
- changing rooms available outside July and August for changing on site and leaving belongings in a safe place
