In the village centre, listen carefully... Can you hear it ? The carillon is ringing out "La Paimpolaise", a song by Théodore Botrel.
A few steps from the church is the cemetery, which is also original in that it is circular in shape ! And don't miss the pretty calvary in the centre of the cemetery.
Over the years, the commune has managed to preserve its rural character and has made it an asset, attracting many walkers on the footpaths that criss-cross the countryside.
The village has a horseshoe-shaped cemetery, unique in Europe, surrounded by a circular wall. A monumental calvary erected on a hill before the cemetery is well worth a visit !
