The beach of Le Porteau is a sand beach, which is supervised by lifeguards in July and August : 11.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m and 2.00 p.m to 7.00 .pm
The beach of Le Porteau offers a car park and a club ; the beach is also fitted out  with lavatories and showers.
