Michelin-starred chef Mathieu Guibert and Claire Bâcle, already at the helm of Maison Anne de Bretagne in La Plaine-sur-Mer, are unveiling their new culinary creation: Beau Boucot.

Located opposite the ocean, at 119 boulevard de l'Océan in Tharon-Plage, Beau Boucot invites you on an iodised gustatory escapade. As soon as you cross the threshold, an elegant and friendly world is revealed, inspired by the changing hues of the sea.

Sincere, flavoursome cuisine featuring local and seafood products
The menu, created with passion, highlights the freshness and excellence of local produce. Oysters, clams with lemon, prawns au gratin, mackerel with mustard, sea bream ceviche, saffron margatte, cotriade... each dish is an ode to iodine, enhanced by Chef Guibert's savoir-faire.
