The human presence is very old in the Pays de Retz. The town of Pornic has a remarkable Neolithic site without equivalent in the Loire-Atlantique.

  • Registration required at the Pornic Intercommunal Tourist Office.
  • Tickets on sale at all Destination Pornic Tourist Offices (La Bernerie-en-Retz, Les Moutiers-en-Retz, La Plaine-sur-Mer, Pornic, Préfailles, Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef and Villeneuve-en-Retz) or book online.
  • Meeting point given when booking.
  • Bring comfortable shoes.
  • Visits recommended for children aged 10 and over.
  • Animals are not accepted.
  • The organisers reserve the right to cancel the tour if weather conditions are unfavourable or if the minimum number of participants required 24 hours before the tour (5 paying participants) is not met.
