The RELAXATION day consists of :

   - 3 individual thalasso treatments (choose from the treatments below)
   - 1 session of hydromassage bed or Andumédic vibration bed
   - 1 Club lunch at the Bar La Terrasse (a dish, a dessert, a cold drink and a hot drink)
   - Access to the Espace Forme* from 9am to 8pm

Choice of thalasso treatments : hydromassage bath with seaweed or essential oils, jet shower, soothing affusion shower, pressure jet, application of seaweed, self-heating mud or Moutiers clay, pressotherapy.

The day includes access to the Fitness Center every day from 9am to 8pm with seawater pools (swimming pool heated to 29°C and 350 m² water course heated to 33°C), eucalyptus hammam, sauna with chromotherapy, weight room and fitness room. And access to sports activities including aquagym, stretching, abs and buttocks classes. The time slots for gym classes in the gym and in the pool will be communicated to you upon your arrival at the Thalassotherapy.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION :
The Alliance Center and its Fitness Area opens its doors at 9:00 am, you can have lunch at 12:00 pm at the restaurant La Terrasse. Your treatments are scheduled to start at 2:00 p.m. We invite you to come to the Thalasso reception desk at 1:30 p.m.
These times are given as an indication, your appointments will be confirmed on your voucher.
In order to make your stay more pleasant, the Alliance center provides you with towels during the various treatments and a bathrobe after depositing a deposit of 80 € which will be returned at the end of the treatment.
We would also like to inform you that plastic mules are mandatory to access the treatments and the swimming pool. If you do not have them, you can buy them at the center's store for 8.50 € per pair. It is also necessary to bring a sports outfit to access the weight room.
