Do you need to breathe, to re-energize, or simply to preserve a health capital too often weakened ? Treat yourself to a few days to let go, soak up the strength of the ocean and recharge your batteries. An anti-fatigue concentrate that will allow you to reconnect with your potential vitality, quality sleep, and a different view of your life rhythm.

The 6-day REMISE EN FORME cure consists of 24 treatments spread over 6 days, i.e. 4 treatments per day spread over 2.5 hours, alternating in the morning or the afternoon.

Relaxation orientation :

   - 3 hydromassage baths with algae
   - 3 hydromassage baths with essential oils
   - 3 soothing affusion showers
   - 2 pressure jets
   - 2 sessions of hydromassage bed or Andumédic vibration bed
   - 1 pressotherapy or Stendo session
   - 1 authentic clay wrap
   - 1 application of Moutiers clay
   - 2 aromatic massages with organic oils (20 mn)
   - 6 stretching classes in the pool, creative relaxation, pool gym or Waff max


Balance orientation :

   - 3 hydromassage baths with algae
   - 3 hydromassage baths with essential oils
   - 3 soothing affusion showers
   - 1 hydromassage bed session
   - 1 affusion jet
   - 2 sessions of Andumédic vibration bed
   - 1 pressotherapy session or 1 Aquaroll hydromassage
   - 1 authentic clay wrap
   - 1 application of Moutiers clay
   - 2 aromatic massages with organic oils (20 mn)
   - 3 to 6 sessions of aquatic kinetics or creative relaxation


The fitness visit with the center's doctor will allow you to confirm or modify your orientation.

The cure includes access to the Fitness Center every day from 9am to 8pm with seawater pools (swimming pool heated to 29°C and 350 m² water course heated to 33°C), eucalyptus hammam, sauna with chromotherapy, weight room and fitness room. And access to sports activities including aquagym, stretching, abs and buttocks classes. The time slots for the gym and pool classes will be communicated to you upon your arrival at the Thalassotherapy.

This cure also exists in 4 days 16 treatments and 5 days 20 treatments

PRACTICAL INFORMATION :
Your medical appointment scheduled at the beginning of your treatment at the Alliance Center will be confirmed by e-mail.
In order to make your stay more pleasant, the Alliance Center provides you with towels during the various treatments and a bathrobe after depositing a deposit of 80 €, which will be returned to you at the end of the treatment. We would also like to inform you that plastic mules are mandatory to access the treatments and the swimming pool. If you do not have them, you can buy them at the center's store for 8.50 € per pair. It is also necessary to bring a sports outfit to access the weight room.
