When two skills come together : Jean-Yves Bordier Cheese Factory and Curé Nantais.
The team of Jean-Yves Bordier proposes to share with you his passion for butter, cheese, delicatessen and cellar !

On the outskirts of Pornic, with a convenient parking lot, you will find : Bordier butters, kneaded and typed by hand in our workshop. Dive into the selection of 200 cheeses matured in our cellars, also available in cocktail platters, including of course the Curé Nantais ! To complete the picture, Eric and his team will be able to give you their precious advice on our creamery products, our fine grocery products with Beurre Bordier or local products, the delicatessen by the slice, without forgetting the beautiful selection of the wine shop ! In all, 1800 references !

We offer free home delivery, at your doorstep, within a radius of 15km, for a minimum of 30 euros on the whole store !

ABOUT CURE NANTAIS : A cheese that is the pride of the Pays-de-retz in Loire-Atlantique
"100 years of history" for a visit of this production that will lead you to the tasting.

At the end of the 19th century, the story of the Curé Nantais begins on the banks of the Loire. The meeting between a local farmer, Pierre Hivert, and a clergyman gave birth to a cheese first called "Régal des Gourmets", then "Curé Nantais". The cheese factory remained in St Julien de Concelles for 4 generations and from competitions to medals, the Curé Nantais became one of the jewels of Nantes gastronomy.
Today the workshop has been modernized but the gestures are still the same. The Curé Nantais is made exclusively with fresh milk from the morning milking, "raw milk", in the traditional copper vats ! It is then matured in Muscadet.
