Presentation

Located in the town centre, the Coeur en Scène theatre in Rouans is a municipal facility that can be booked by individuals, associations and businesses.
It is reserved for cultural events and activities : shows, exhibitions and conferences.

The Espace hall can also be used for special meetings or assemblies, subject to conditions and authorisation from the Mayor.

The hall can also be used for rehearsals and cultural classes. The hall can be used exceptionally for ceremonies.

It consists of :
  • a reception hall with bar
  • a ticket office area
  • a cloakroom and toilets
  • a room with retractable seating
  • a stage equipped with a grid
  • a dressing room that can be divided into two with toilets and shower
  • a technical control room and a passageway
  • a storage room
  • a maintenance room
  • a dimmer room
  • a bar storage room
  • a wide range of sound, lighting and stage equipment : 46 projectors, a complete control room with a sound console and a lighting console, 24 platforms measuring 2m x 1m (height: 0.2m, 0.4m, 0.6m and 1m). In the case of rental, the municipal agent will be solely responsible for setting up and will supervise the handling of the equipment. Furniture available: 6 folding tables, 36 chairs, at the bar: a sound system, 3 refrigerators, a microwave, an electric hob, a coffee maker, a kettle, a food warmer, crockery. A refrigerator in the dressing rooms.
The hall can accommodate 220 seats on the bleachers, including 4 flat rows, and 340 standing places without the bleachers.
