AirFit in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef : your personal fitness trainer, always at hand !

Regular exercise is important for your physical and mental well-being. Now's the time to get back into the swing of things in a friendly atmosphere !

In July 2021, the municipality of Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef set up this open-access fitness area, which is open free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to all sports enthusiasts, whether novice or experienced.

On site, users will be able to take advantage of a range of fitness and cross-training equipment to work out on their own or with others.
With this ‘playground’ for adults, the town of Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef is offering its residents a real open-air gym.

What is AirFit ?

Air Fit, the designer of this space, offers users a free sports coaching application called ‘AirFit’, which can be downloaded from the iOS and Android platforms, to help sports enthusiasts get to grips with the equipment.
Through these innovative facilities, more and more local authorities are making a commitment to promoting Sport for All.

This area is ideally located facing the sea: not every local authority has the opportunity to practise sport with a sea view.
