For the 46th edition of the Flower Parade, Préfailles is decked out in its finest colours!
This unmissable event in Préfailles, a veritable summer carnival, attracts many visitors every year. The reasons for their visit: to take part in this traditional, friendly, family-oriented festival and, above all, to admire the floats in a variety of styles: a minority made of papier-mâché and most of them painted, with or without metal structures, articulated or not...

A colourful spectacle accompanied by music  
As night falls, the centre of Préfailles is transformed into a huge carnival parade. Decorated floats accompanied by brass bands and majorettes parade through the streets, creating a festive and joyful atmosphere.

A family-friendly event The Corso Fleuri is a popular festival that will delight young and old alike. Every year, families flock to the route to admire the floats and enjoy the atmosphere. It is an opportunity to share a moment of relaxation and entertainment with family or friends.

A parade with multiple themes  
Every year, the participating municipalities compete to come up with floats with original themes. Comics, films, music, cartoons... any universe is possible for creating magical and surprising decorations. Traditionally, the last float is that of the queens of Pornic. 

A route accessible to all  
The Corso Fleuri route is designed to be accessible to everyone. It passes through the centre of Préfailles, allowing spectators to enjoy the carnival parade from various vantage points. Food and drink stands will also be available on site.

  1. Starting point at the corniche du pilier along the coast
  2. Up Avenue de la Plage Éric Tabarly
  3. Passing through Grande Rue
  4. Rue de la Mairie, Rue Chauvet, Rue du Haut-Préfailles, Place du Marché
  5. Terminus at the start of Route de la Pointe Saint-Gildas
