🔎 Organization of emergency dental care on Sundays and public holidays
 
"The list of on-call practitioners is not published.
Only in case of emergency, on Sundays and public holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., can you call 15.

Only serious, genuine, and justified emergencies are covered by this service.
Any treatment that can be postponed until a weekday must be postponed at dental practices. 

(A dental surgeon is now integrated into the SAMU (emergency medical service) during these hours in order to refer patients to an on-call dentist if necessary).

🦷 The main dental emergencies are:
  • severe pain (which cannot be relieved by paracetamol, causing insomnia, etc.),
  • infection (abscess, swelling, fever, etc.)
  • or dental trauma (following a fall, for example).
