Claire Laroche offers creative and sensory workshops for young and old at her "Au gré des saisons" workshop in the heart of Villeneuve-en-Retz.
Scrapbooking, painting, watercolour, cardmaking, string art, fimo clay, flower arranging, photophore, plant candles... and so much more! Claire, founder of Fantaisie Retz' Créative, offers workshops to help you explore your creativity and reconnect with your senses.
 
These workshops are an excellent way of stimulating the senses and creating a moment of relaxation in everyday life. They are scheduled throughout the year and change with the seasons.

The 4 types of workshops :
  • Eveil en tout Sens: a sensory workshop using the Snoezelen approach for everyone, from 6 months upwards. The benefits are many: reduced stress and anxiety, improved relaxation and well-being, enhanced communication and relationships with others, sensory and cognitive stimulation.
  • Creative Exploration: a creative workshop for children aged 4 to 7 and 8 to 11. A creative bubble with no artistic constraints, in their often busy daily lives. An opportunity for them to develop, create and have fun, whatever their skill level.
  • Cré' Attitude: creative workshop for teenagers aged 12 to 16. An escape from their hectic daily lives to develop new skills, take the initiative and enjoy a stimulating and rewarding experience. Ideal for expressing yourself freely and experimenting with Slow Creation.
  • Flow Création: creative workshop for adults aged 17 and over. A source of fun and entertainment, giving you the opportunity to relax and take time out just for yourself. An opportunity to develop your creativity and create DIY (Do It Yourself) projects.

You don't have to be a beginner to take part in the workshops! The important thing is to enable you to engage in an activity that inspires, fulfils and nourishes you on a personal level.
