• Discover local expertise: step inside La Fraiseraie, an iconic business in the Nantes region that has been growing strawberries in Pornic since 1970 and in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles since 2016.
• Sustainable and environmentally friendly farming: meet Anthony and his team to find out about their growing methods. They practise integrated pest management using insects to combat diseases and pests, allow the fruit to ripen in the sun in unheated greenhouses, and collect rainwater for their crops.
• Artisanal and gourmet production: find out how, using these fruits renowned for their flavour, the company produces a whole range of processed products made from red berries (sorbets, cocktails and ice creams) without any artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives, for an unrivalled taste that stays true to the fruit.
