Immerse yourself in the heart of the production workshops to discover the different know-how.
  • Guided visit: the guide explains everything about the Beillevaire Fromagerie, the different professions, the production and shares his most juicy anecdotes with you!
At the end, a cheese tasting and a glass of wine are offered 
You learn first-hand how butter, yogurt and cheese are made.
This visit takes place from Monday to Friday morning only at 9 a.m. or 10 a.m. by reservation (duration 1 hour).
  • Echapée belle: riverside tour, gourmet tour or the new “visit the marsh by bike” 
It is a guided tour of the cheese factory followed by a bike ride between the historic center of Machecoul and the marshes. The Beillevaire picnic is included in this package 
  • The choice is yours: the Machecoul cheese factory can be visited individually or in groups
