Hamsa Yoga offers dynamic yoga classes in Les Moutiers-en-Retz and the Pornic area.

Enjoy outdoor yoga sessions in a bucolic garden, on the beach or in a room in the heart of the Lyarne marshes.

Classes take place in a serene atmosphere where you can practise different asanas (postures), balance postures, inversions and relaxation to the sound of nature... Beginners or advanced, all levels are welcome.

To discover dynamic yoga, develop your body tone and learn about your body, its limits and also its possibilities.
For the warm, friendly and soothing atmosphere. Students appreciate the positive energy that circulates during the sessions, and the kindness and humour of Astrid, the teacher.
You'll find that yoga is a real sport, and you might even discover muscles you never knew you had!

Types of session on offer:

1:30 group yoga classes, gentle or active, for beginners or experts.
"Privileged" private yoga classes for comfort and flexibility! We come to your home with all the equipment you need.
Multi-day courses to deepen and perfect your yoga practice.

Dates and times of classes (all year round):

Tuesday: active class from 6pm to 7.15pm / active class from 7.30pm to 9pm.
Wednesday: parent-child class from 3pm to 4.30pm (1st Wednesday of school holidays).
Thursday: gentle class from 6pm to 7.15pm / active class from 7.30pm to 9pm.
Saturday: themed class from 10am to 11.30am (dates vary).
In July and August, extra classes are added to the schedule.

Where do the classes take place?

Group classes in a hall in Les Moutiers-en-Retz or outdoors in Villeneuve-en-Retz (Bourgneuf).
Private classes are available throughout Pays de Retz (Pornic, Chaumes-en-Retz, La Bernerie-en-Retz, Saint Brevin, Sainte-Pazanne, Préfailles, etc.).

The little extras
You can pay per session, no need to register for the whole year! Trial lessons available on reservation.

Did you know?
Astrid Gautier also offers Thai yoga massages to eliminate energy blockages and restore balance and harmony to the body. This massage is given fully clothed on a mat on the floor.
