Presentation

The Albatros restaurant, traditional cuisine combining simplicity and delicacy, with a view of the Golf de Pornic.
Nestling in the heart of the Pornic golf course, the Albatros restaurant is a must for lovers of good food and the green.

Open every lunchtime, the restaurant offers a menu based on fresh, local produce. The cuisine is prepared with care and passion by the chef, who makes a point of using quality produce. The dishes are beautifully presented and the flavours are perfectly balanced. At the bar, a snack menu is also available from 11am to 7pm.

Here is a small selection of our favourite dishes:
  •  the Smash burger, generous and delicious,
  •  the 'Curé Nantais Roast' salad, which showcases this raw-milk cheese produced in Pornic,
  •  the lemon tart revisited, fresh and light. 

The Albatros restaurant is also renowned for its setting. The light-filled dining room and the tables set out on the terrace allow guests to enjoy a breathtaking view of the greens and fairways, and a peaceful, leafy atmosphere as they savour their meal.
