The Étrille swimming pool is a friendly place where children and adults can learn to swim or improve their skills.
Swimming lessons are given by Vincent Etrillard, a qualified fitness instructor with 10 years' experience and lifeguard since 2006.
The philosophy of the swimming school is to learn while having a good time. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced swimmer, the sessions can be adapted to suit you!

The activities on offer at L'Etrille swimming school:- Learn-to-swim lessons (from age 5).
- Perfecting your 4 strokes to improve your crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly techniques.
- Weekly mini-courses to improve skills.
The little extras at L'Etrille swimming school:- A covered, filtered pool heated to 31⁰C.
- An attentive teacher offering fun learning.
- Diplomas and certificates awarded to swimmers to attest to the skills they have acquired.
Anecdote:
The swimming school existed since 1972! It has seen a whole generation of young swimmers pass through its doors, thanks in particular to Bernard Laporte, an emblematic figure in La Bernerie-en-Retz.
Practical information:- Registration by telephone from mid-May.
