🦒 For over 40 years, La Boissière du Doré Zoo has placed animal welfare and biodiversity conservation at the heart of its activities. On 28 hectares of protected land, come and meet over 1,100 animals living in spacious, natural enclosures, close to nature, in a friendly atmosphere.
🐺 Following the opening of a 1.5-hectare area dedicated to wolves from Canada and Alaska, the zoo is continuing its development with two new areas for small mammals (meerkats, bat-eared foxes and porcupines) and two new aviaries for birds of prey. These new additions are part of the park's commitment to education, animal welfare and immersive discovery.
🐅 Discover iconic areas: Panthera Camp for the Amur leopard (one of the most endangered felines in the world), the Sacred Land of Tigers (2.8 hectares), the Kingdom of Lions (1.8 hectares), the Valley of the Bears (2.4 hectares), the Matumi Reserve, as well as immersive enclosures for birds and primates.
🦅 Enjoy unique moments thanks to daily feeding sessions with commentary and, from April to October, the free-flight bird show, for an unforgettable experience.
🌍 Every visit helps the planet : €1 from each ticket is donated to the Boissière-Mervent Conservation (BMC) fund, which supports programmes to protect endangered species.
🌙 Extend your adventure with an unusual night in the Africa Lodges, where you can sleep close to the animals and enjoy a truly immersive experience.
