The Chef's Best: galettes that take you on a journey
The menu offers bold creations that are the signature of the house. Among the must-try dishes:

🥞 La Groisionne – A delicious blend of melted Camembert, homemade salted butter caramel and slivered almonds, for a galette that is as surprising as it is delicious.
🥞 La Rivière Pilote – A galette with Caribbean accents, featuring a fried egg, melted Emmental cheese, heirloom tomatoes, Caribbean blood sausage and homemade chilli purée to spice it all up.
🥞 La Pointe Saint-Gildas – A tasty and original option combining Emmental cheese, spinach, mushrooms, heirloom tomatoes, cooked onions, smoked tofu, almonds and sesame seeds.
