For over 40 years, La Fraiseraie in Pornic has been making sorbets and ice creams guaranteed to contain no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. A high pulp content gives you the authentic taste of the fruit (65% pulp from strawberries grown in Pornic for the strawberry sorbet). A wide range of gourmet frozen desserts in litre and half-litre tubs, so you can enjoy our famous sorbets at home.

La Fraiseraie specialities include

  • Madagascar Bourbon vanilla ice cream
  • strawberry vanilla ice cream and raspberry passion ice cream

The strawberry market at La Fraiseraie is open on Wednesday and Saturday mornings* from mid-April to July. This is a great opportunity for gourmets to find the different varieties of the company's signature fruit (minimum quantity 2.5kg).
