Founded by Pasquale and Teresa, La Pasta fresca italiana is a company dedicated to showcasing authentic Italian cuisine.
Originally from Naples, these food enthusiasts have been based in France since December 2014 with a clear goal: to introduce French food lovers to the authentic flavors of Italy.

 A wide range of 100% Italian products
La Pasta Fresca Italiana offers a vast assortment of traditional products, carefully selected and imported directly from Italy to guarantee unparalleled quality.
  • Fresh pasta. Over 20 varieties of ravioli and other specialties: agnolotti, tortellini, caprese, cheese fondue, prosciutto and figs, ricotta and lemon, ratatouille, spinach and mozzarella, eggplant, tomato and mozzarella, squash and amaretti... Also available: tagliatelle, plain or flavored gnocchi, rigatoni, trofie, fusilloni, penne rigate, and much more.
  • Traditional cuisine. Ready-to-enjoy Italian dishes: lasagna Bolognese, eggplant parmigiana, vegetarian lasagna, gnocchi alla Romana, polenta, arancini in a variety of flavors (carbonara, pistachio and mortadella, Bolognese...).
  • Exceptional cured meats. Parma ham, San Daniele ham, mortadella, porchetta, guanciale, Napoli salami, spicy spianata, and many other delicacies born of Italian craftsmanship.

Teresa's Favorites
  • Fresh pasta to try: large lemon and ricotta squares, cooked with butter and sage, ready in 3 minutes. Meat and vegetable or spinach and ricotta cannelloni to bake in the oven with Bolognese sauce. Trofie with a Parmesan cream sauce or pesto.
  • A cheese platter for Sunday dinner: truffle-flavored Moliterno, Fontina from the Aosta Valley, Sardegna sheep’s milk cheese, Fantasia sheep’s milk cheese with chili, olives, and arugula, stracciatella, bell peppers in oil stuffed with goat cheese, a blend of sheep’s and goat’s milk cheeses, burrata, smoked scamorza, and creamy Gorgonzola.
  • A charcuterie platter for drinks with friends: olive oil and sesame breadsticks rolled with San Daniele ham, thin slices of pistachio- or truffle-flavored mortadella, Golfetta, coppa, bresaola (dried beef), finocchiona (fennel salami), herb-seasoned rostello, spicy spianata, bocconcini in various flavors (spicy, plain, truffle, and fennel), and, to finish, involtini made with cured ham and cheese.

  • Pornic: at the indoor market, Thursdays and Sundays from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • La Bernerie-en-Retz: Friday mornings from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and, in the summer, Tuesday mornings
