With the ocean as its horizon, the La Source restaurant will delight you with its traditional cuisine combining land and sea.
A magnificent seafood evening is offered every Thursday evening.
Facing the ocean, La Source restaurant invites you on a culinary journey between land and sea.
From its panoramic dining room overlooking La Source beach and, at high tide, the Atlantic Ocean, the restaurant celebrates traditional cuisine inspired by and rooted in the culinary heritage of the Pays de la Loire region.


The menu, which changes with the seasons, showcases the freshness of the produce and the chef's expertise. Surprising textures and combinations, balanced flavours, for refined and generous cuisine, faithful to the riches of the land and the sea.

Every Thursday evening, La Source restaurant offers a seafood-themed evening: an all-you-can-eat seafood platter, followed by a cheese platter and a dessert of your choice from the daily menu. An unmissable gourmet experience, booking required!

A gourmet preview of some of the creations to whet your appetite:
  • Breton scallops in tagliatelle and flambéed, with celery and Granny Smith apple extract
  • Earth pears with black truffle and Corsican sheep's milk tomme cheese from Maison Bordier
  • Monkfish from our coast with Anjou wine matelote sauce and tuberous nasturtium
  • Mandarin shortbread and jasmine tea chocolate ganache
  • Côteaux d'Ancenis violet sweet with marshmallow
