The restaurant LE 21 - Wine and Dine Bar offers a special menu concocted by the chef for Valentine's Day, at the rate of 69€ per person (excluding drinks).

Ham with Truffle, parmesan cream, and Truffle, mushroom bread

Abalone from the island of Groix
Rare mollusc cultivated by Erwan, tenderized and lightly poached in a Dashi consommé, and tsukemono vegetables

Monkfish cotriade style with Vadouvan
Monkfish cooked at low temperature in vegetable charcoal oil and then snacked, candied vegetables from La Milliassière and Roellinger spices

Wagyu beef grade 5
Japanese beef cooked flip flop on a barbecue at your table, Bokchoï and tarragon
