Opened last May on Rue de Nantes, this pizzeria charms diners as much with its flavours as with its unique, 90s-inspired atmosphere. The tone is set from the moment you walk in: with arcade machines, vintage objects and the irresistible aroma of baking dough, the experience is as indulgent as it is convivial. An ideal stop-off during your stay in Destination Pornic.

A passionate chef with an inspiring background
In the kitchen is Aurélien Hennequin, a passionate chef with an unusual background. After 15 years in the automotive sector, he decided to change everything to pursue a childhood dream: working with dough. Trained by the famous Gino Toniolo, two-time runner-up in the World Pizza Dough Championship, he has now mastered a demanding craft based on long fermentation times and a rigorous selection of flours.
Here, everything is homemade: from the dough to the sauces, right through to the desserts. The ingredients are carefully selected, featuring Italian PDO products, high-quality cured meats and San Marzano tomatoes, renowned for their unrivalled flavour. The result: generous, tasty and authentic pizzas that are already making a name for themselves in Chaumes-en-Retz.
