With his astonishing combinations, the Chef puts his money where his mouth is and prepares his gourmet recipes using fresh, rigorously selected produce. He gives priority to innovative yet authentic cuisine and plays with influences and tastes to offer you delicious, refined cuisine.
His team of catering professionals will advise you on your choice of seafood, fish and meat dishes.

From the perfect egg to the chocolate dessert (not too sickening), not forgetting the veal, sea bass and sea bream (there were several of us), everything was delicious! Add to that the competent and charming service and the lovely view of the harbour and you have an excellent address in Pornic!
