When the weather is fine, you can enjoy all the flavours of his cuisine on the sea-view terrace, accompanied by a selection of fine wines.

The chef's specialities include

Seafood platters with live lobster (preferably to order)
1/2 Breton lobster roasted and flambéed with cognac and almonds
Roast sea bass with vanilla butter
Lamb mouse braised in olive oil with truffles
Rib steak with Curé Nantais cream sauce
Fillet of skate en papillote with basil cream.
