Le Thamaris, a timeless story that will whet your appetite!

Tharon-Plage has been the setting for some of Sandrine’s most cherished summers, a family legacy passed down from her mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Over the years, she developed a deep affection for the Tamaris — a warm and lively venue where friendships were forged to the beat of cocktails and iconic 1980s hits.
A few years later, she met Nouf, her future husband, and introduced him to Nantes and the Tharon coastline.

After the lockdown, their dream of settling in Tharon became a reality. While searching for a place, they rediscovered the Sunset — the former Tamaris so dear to Sandrine. It was love at first sight: they decided to renovate it and bring the Thamaris back to life.

As the song says, “and we start another story”

Sandrine and Nouf’s philosophy:

“Join us for a relaxing moment and enjoy wines, cocktails, beers, spirits and delicious homemade dishes in a warm, friendly and generous setting.”
